Hi Guys,(who are reading my blog). I am going to be 10 in 3 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We did horse back riding today. I rode Cosmos(he is a slow,but fast horse). We have new neighbors!!!!!! Megan moved out. They are Chinese. They have 2 kids our age. There names are Melody and Ruella (Ruella means purple flower). They are fun to play with. Its 8:00 I have to go to sleep now.

Higuys. We got bunnies. We used to have four. But, one died. And so we got two more. And we just figured out that bunnies are not allowed to have lettuce, cabbage, or spinach (we call it rape). And that's all we've been giving them. So, today mommy, Julia, and I went to this Livestock Feed place and bought a huge 25 kg bag of rabbit pellets for 66,000 Kwacha. (This is about $14) We need to buy them hay, which is really what they should eat the most of, but we were told that we can't buy hay until April or May. This could be a problem. Anyone who has bunnies don't feed them lettuce or cabbage because they can't pass gas and they will just get bloated to death.
I haven't done my blogging in a long time. I'm so sorry. Kamryn and mommy were just sick a couple days ago. And I have another cough. Bye.

Hi Guys! I am sorry blogged in a long time. Guess what? We went to the orphanage today. Tyler is at Tim's house and not here at our house anymore :( I saw an elephant at safari the other day. Pretty cool! I am singing in the choir at LICS school. We are singing Just want to be king, Hakuna Matata, the Storm is Over and some african song. I can't type it out. Max is getting really big. He is a rascal. Jo-Jo is super cute. She can sit up and stand while someone is holding her. And that's about it.

My life

Hi guys! Today we have a guest. His name is Tyler. He will be my daddy at Action Zambia as an intern. My swimming class is now over. We had a fun last time playing water polo. Max is getting really big and even though he bites he is a lot of fun. Today I learned about trust. I learned that I need to be trustworthy. When my daddy was talking being able to to trust me, he asked me if I understood and I said, Yes, Trust connects to everything. My daddy seemed a bit surprised and then he said, "That was really good, Bradyn." So, I am learning to be trustworthy during breakfast and holding Jo-Jo and cleaning my area and doing snacks. I want my daddy and mommy to be able to trust me with bit things and small things and so I will do better tomorrow and the next day and the next month and the next year. On Saturday we went to the orphanage again. It was really fun because I held babies the whole time. we met some new people, Erica and Tyler (a different Tyler). They are adopting a boy. They are from Canada. Time for bed. I love you and miss you... Bye!

An update on a rainy Saturday...

Hi guys. I am sorry I haven't blogged in a long time. Did you hear about the first time Dad killed the cobra? It was pretty cool. Daddy was outside feeding Max and then stepped right over it. Quickly, daddy got a big wooden stool and smashed it on him. In the morning, he stood up on the stool and then looked underneath. It was dead. Yeah! It was as flat as a pancake. We called it a snakecake! Mom didn't want to see it. She was too scared. We got Max. Max will not stay outside, mostly when it is raining. But he is learning. It just takes time to train a dog. We have a rule that Max can stay on the red carpet by the door. Right now, it is a little crazy. Julia is coloring. Kamryn is playing on the computer. Jo-Jo is playing on the floor. I am doing my blog and mommy is at choir at church and daddy is typing for me. It's been good. I have been reading my series caleld Junie B. Jones. I keep on having to pick up Jo-Jo while Daddy is typing. But life has been good. The Bible says to be thankful in everything so I am trying too. Bye!!!!

Hi Guys! We got Maxie yesterday. He is so cool. I love him so much. Here is a picture of me playing with him. It's night here. It's 7:51 pm. Or in Zambia they would say, 19:51 or 19 hours. Today we went to Aunty Karen's (an Action Zambia Missionary) house. It was fun. She gives our mom a day off and it was really nice of her and we had fun. We learned about Pilgrim's Progress and we saw pigs and we played and watched a movie. It was so fun. She is so fun to play with. We played games also. Well, love you all. Thanks!

Safari Visit

Hello guys! Mwaucha Bwanji! That means good morning. Guess what? The Huckaby's and the Knifongs are here to visit. They are so funny. Especially Uncle Kelly. They are here to see Africa and maybe become missionaries here.We went on a safari yesterday. It was so fun. We went swimming and saw animals and got on an elephant. You can see the animals in the pictures.

Guess what? Dad just burped and I say GROSS! A big one!

We get our puppy next week sometime. You know we mean Max. He is staying with an animal welfare lady until he gets bigger because he is still too young. Well, gotta take a bath. Good-Bye!!!!

Hi guys! It is a great day today. Right now there are Fir Creek campers on our beach playing in the water and in the sand. It is fun to watch them and I get to go to camp there in two weeks. It is really fun. We have scavenger hunts, lunch. Do you know what is so special? Our house is on a hill and the water is underneath the hill and that is where we are going to be. It is really fun being here. Right now Kamryn is coloring (and Kamryn says hi!) and Julia is checking her yogurt popsicle (and she says yum) and Darby (my cousin) is washing the dishes. It is a pretty day. More people are coming down the hill to go swimming. Bye-Bye!!!!

We are home now. Bellingham that is. We have been home for a month and we really miss Africa now. We are really glad to see our friends in America. We live by the lake now. It is really fun. A hard day

Hi everyone. I had a hard day today. I had a tummy ache and my head hurts. My nose hurts because last night I walked into the a closed door in the middle of the night. Please pray that I feel better by the time we come home!

We haven't had activities in a long time because yesterday was a holiday here in Zambia, too. It was Africa Freedom Day. The whole country celebrated on this day!

I love you guys a lot! A new woman moved into the cottage. Her name is Martha. She is nice.

Hi Guys! How are you? I am fine. On Saturday I was running and tripped over a bike and fell on the cement and hurt my wrist. We went to the doctor today to x-ray it. You should have seen the xray room. It was like a little shack in the back of the doctor's office. It kind of scared me when I got it xrayed. It went "eeeeehhhh." But then I got it over with. He told me not to move at all. I did not move. right now we are talking to maga and papa on the phone right now. We had a hard day. right now it is time to go to bed. The power has been on all day! Yeah! Good night!

Hi everyone! It is good to talk to you! I haven't talked to you in a long time. I miss you a lot. Can you pray for me? I have a bad infection on my knee. Dad took me to the doctor, and he got scissors and pulled it off. There was puss and blood. He gave me medicine and it is pretty gross. The cool thing is that when I showed Auntie Miriam, she said her kids had it, too. So we bought some medicine for her kids, too. Today I had a bad tantrum and I had a really hard time in math. I haven't even finished school. It was a hard morning. And it is night time here. But, tomorrow is a new day, so I can have a better day on math and school. Thank you a lot for the comments. Hi everybody!!! How are you? I am fine but I had a hard day. I got in trouble at school, I had to play football (soccer) at my after school activity which I don't really like and I am just a little tired. But, I am a live and healthy and thankful for all that God has given me. People here in Africa don't have lots of things and I am thankful that I have clothes and stuff to wear. I feel so bad for the people here who only have one set of clothes. It is so hard seeing them. I am learning about James in my bible time - It says, My dear James 2:5 - Listen, my dear brothers: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him? So, even though they don't have clothes, many of them have faith, which is better I guess. I know how to spell better without looking at it: B E T T E R! It was one of my spelling words. This picture was me when I was sweeping in the kitchen. Daddy and me were kitchen partners!

A lazy Sunday Afternoon

Hi everyone. I am so glad I can talk to you! It is Sunday today. We have no guard. I miss you guys! And love you guys! I have activities at LICS (an international school near us!) On Monday, I have Inside and Outside Activities. On Tuesday, I have football, which is what they call soccer here. On Thursday, I have arts and crafts. The first time I was Arts and Crafts I didn't know anyone. I made friends. I never think anyone is a thief. I just make friends. There was this girl whose name was Lindsey. There was a girl named Kim. And there was this girl named Noah.

We saw a cobra a couple of days ago, and when we were looking at the cobra, a bird flew into our window. It was teeny. That was the day we were going to the sleepover at the Whitfield's house. We had so much fun. We watched "I'll fly away home" and we had chips and Emma and Macie had crackers cause the popcorn had bugs in it. Spud (the dog) had to eat it. They have a little baby. Her name is Tazi. Isn't that a cute name? Talk to you soon!

Hello everybody! My dad's toe got infected. He had to go to the doctors and have the ingrown toenail cut out. It really hurt. We now have a love meter here at our house. You tell daddy how your love meter is going. You tell him by 1o's. 100 is the best. It starts with 10. If it isn't 100 then we hug and snuggle until it is 100. It is a good thing to have a love meter. It is not rainy season anymore. The days are always sunny, but not really hot. I miss you guys a lot. Tomorrow is Daddy and Mommy's anniversary so we are going to our friend's house to have a sleep over!!! They are the Whitfield's! There is one that is three years old. His name is Payton. THere is one 5 year old and her name is Emma. And there is one 7 year old who name is Macie. And they have a new baby. Her name is Marley Anne. My mommy and daddy think I have a broken foot. We are going to get it x-rayed. Can you please pray for me and my foot? Bye! I love you all! I miss you all!

Hi everyone! How was your easter? Have any of you visited our house in Bellingham? Travis, will you see how our house is doing? Today I went swimming in mud. My mom and dad were not very happy about my decision. I am doing good at school and I am having fun jumping on our trampoline. I had a lot of fun at easter. I went to Sunday School and then we had the orphans over. The picture that is I took of Chileshe. And I got my own camera . It wouldn't work because of the battery was reallllly dead. Hi Guys! I am sick, again. I don't know what it is. I have a fever, aches, a headache, sometimes a stomachache. Daddy and Mommy are getting discouraged by my sickness. Please pray for all of us! I think I might have malaria. It is hard to tell.

I had my last music class this Monday. And next week, there is going to be a circus where I will sing with my class. We will practice on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The picture is with me and Kelly, the painter who I call Brother. I want to adopt him, but Dad says he is too old to adopt!
I will call him brother anyway!!!

The days have been really sunny. No rain. It is cool. Today we sat outside for dinner and had tacos in the shade. It was really nice.

My friends had a baby. Here name is Marly Anne Taziona Whitfield. I haven't seen her yet, but my dad has. I hope to soon.

Hi everybody. I miss you! On Christmas, we are going to Livingstone to see the falls. We are going to stay in a nice hotel. I lost my tooth. My daddy pulled it out. I then lost it:( But the tooth fairy still gave me some kwacha. We found a print of the fairy, but we didn't see the fairy. We found a bag on Zorro's neck. It was from the tooth fairy. Good bye!

I will tell you what I did for Thanksgiving. We went to Intercontinental hotel for dinner. All the kids sat at one table and all the older people sat at a different table. We saw Macy, Emma, Payton, Gift, Rachel and Phillip. We ate chicken and potatoes and rice and nshima. We are thankful for you and we miss you!
